Didn't OC-ed too, running on stock clock. Quick read on the internet, causes are overclocking, not mounted properly, etc etc.

Just few hours ago, shortly while playing Mass Effect Andromeda, I got this error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED (the most descriptive hint I got so far). The GPU just crashes, black screen, the keyboard and mouse are apparently turned off but the fans inside are visibly running until a click on the shutdown button. there's a high chance that the worst happens whenever I play Valorant. After a while, 30s or so, it came back okay (tend to happen again until restart). When browsing with Chrome or Edge, both of them can cause my entire Windows to freeze. I've been encountering the exact same thing as well since somewhere 3 updates ago. Right now it works fine but will keep testing. Only tested it for half an hour before writing this update. It essentially killed it at first but then I tried again and it came back to life. Using a heat gun is usually a hit or miss by some people but it wasn't like I could use it properly anyways. Update: desperate calls for desperate measures. Is it a hardware or software/driver problem?

I've tried some other solutions on forums and youtube related to its settings and drivers but it still decides to crash. So I'm sure its not a ventilation problem, its not a power problem and I'm pretty sure its not a motherboard problem since my first graphics card runs just fine. I also swapped the card out with one that came with my pc and ran just fine. It was once in a compact case but now its in a mid tower one with 3 fans and a newly bought psu. I'm certain it is a problem with the card because I just swapped my pc case. I haven't really experience it crashing during a game yet ands its mostly anything I do besides gaming Zoom session for school, typing on word or google docs, sometimes opening programs and sometimes even idling.
